Returns (US Orders Only)
GlowUp Garments accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in your order (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status), and returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of return approval to qualify for a full refund.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
Important Return Details
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
- Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process your refund.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Categories
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates / Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
International Orders
Returns are only accepted for orders shipped to US addresses. International orders are non-returnable at this time.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at brittany.glowupgarments@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
